Foam PVC (also known as expanded PVC or foamed PVC sheet) is a lightweight, rigid plastic material made by blending PVC resin with a foaming agent. During production, it expands into a closed-cell structure, giving it a strong yet low-density profile. It’s tough enough to handle impact, resistant to moisture and chemicals, and easy to cut, rout, and shape with standard tools. Smooth surfaces make it perfect for printing, laminating, or painting — it’s a fabricator’s best friend for creative, professional results.
It is often referred to by trade names such as Celuka, Excel, Multiboard, and Signex,
