Brass is a versatile copper-zinc alloy known for its excellent machinability and corrosion resistance. Its low friction and durability make it ideal for precision components, fittings, and electrical applications. The copper content provides a rich golden hue, while the zinc enhances strength and wear resistance. Brass is around 2 thirds Copper to 1 third zinc.
Brass does not rust and naturally forms a protective oxide layer, making it well-suited for architectural details, marine hardware, and decorative elements. It also offers good electrical conductivity, making it a common choice for terminals and connectors. Being non-magnetic, it is useful in specialized engineering applications where magnetism must be avoided.

Brass Uses:

Most of the work we do in brass is for decorative signs, logos, and laser etched plaques. We also make machine and engineering parts.

Finish:

The sheets we use are pre-polished with a protective masking, which gives an outstanding finish straight off the machine, minimizing post-processing and ensuring a high-quality, professional appearance.
