Office Hours are 9am – 4pm but someone is generally here from 7am – 5pm Monday – Friday
Yes we will if the piece is in reasonable condition, and if we know we can cut it successfully. See our materials A-Z page for a guide to the materials we commonly cut.
We need files in a vector format. The main file types we like to work with are .ai .cdr .dwg .dxf .eps .pdf .svg
You can send us a .bmp or jpg/.jpeg for certain things (eg for laser etching, or a photo of a sketch), but for us to be able to process your job accurately we need a vector file
As all of our work is custom, we don’t have standard pricing except for the items listed on our website. If you send us through your file or details of what you need, we are happy to provide you with a quote.
If you can get your ideas to us through a sketch, or by explaining, we are happy to help with drawing what you need. Obviously we charge for this service. Alternatively you can use paid software such as CorelDRAW Graphics Suite or Adobe Illustrator (these are graphic design software) or AutoCAD or Solidworks (these are engineering/3D modelling software). There are also free alternatives such as Inkscape or Fusion 360. Most companies offer free trials. There is heaps of CAD programs out there. Have a look on Google and see what works best for you.
