Before uploading: check that your production file meets these requirements.
File preparation checklist
  • Only shapes requiring CNC cutting are contained in the file.
  • No effects, clipping masks or raster images have been applied.
  • The document is set to millimetres and the artwork is at finished size.
  • Every required copy of each part is duplicated in the file. The order quantity repeats the entire nested file.
  • All text has been converted to curves or outlines.
  • Paths do not touch or overlap. A closed shape inside another closed shape will be treated as a hole.
  • Every separate part is at least 3 × 3 mm, and internal cutouts are large enough for a 3 mm cutter.
